Guide of good practices that comes from the Bibliodiversidade project. Libraries as agents for educating in affective-sexual diversity. This project was born from CEXeF, the Centre for Gender and Feminist Studies of the University of A Coruña (Spain). Largely inspired by the initiatives of the city’s municipal libraries to offer and disseminate material that represents affective-sexual diversity, the project’s main objective is to promote the use of these resources as a teaching tool in the classroom. The project thought that the most effective way to do this was to create a common workspace in which three types of social actors, specialists with complementary perspectives and experiences, would participate: teachers, activists from LGBTIQ+ collectives, and library staff.
