Synopsis:
The educational resource “About a Mother” develops around Dina Velikovskaya’s animated movie which focuses on motherhood and mother’s love. It provides a few examples of motherhood in art, literature and history that educators can employ to explain motherhood in the class. Moreover, three educational activities are detailed and supported with additional information, links, and educational material. The Psaroloco (Media Literacy Project / Labs) promotes media literacy through cinema, and competences related to critical use and analysis.
